About Us
The Fash Mania is an online boutique store newly established in March 2011, based in Singapore. The Fash Mania consists a various number of team members putting together our heart and soul, to make shopping easier for you.

Our Mission
The Fash Mania is looking to expand with a greater variety to add on to the existing vast selection of products that we carry. The Fash Mania carries products sourced internationally, and would be producing designs exclusive to The Fash Mania in the near future. 

The Fash Mania aims to be a store that is highly being sought after.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
♥ All items are brand new and prices stated are final, non-negotiable. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
♥ Items to be sold based on first-come-first-served basis.
♥ Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated.


2. Ordering Information
♥ Fill in ORDER FORM with required information.
♥ Sit back and relax while you wait to receive a an e-invoice from The Fash Mania.
♥ Follow instructions stated in the email to complete your order.
*Psst! Your e-invoice arrives in your inbox no longer than 24 hours.


3. Payment Information
The Fash Mania's account: POSB Savings 010-56714-9
♥ Payment to be in within 24 hours to The Fash Mania's account upon receiving invoice from us.
♥ TheFashMania accepts payment via i-Banking and ATM Transfers.
♥ For payments done via i-Banking, please provide all details accurately as stated in the e-invoice.
♥ For payments done via ATM, kindly provide a snap shot of the transfer receipt.

4. Delivery Information
Opt to get items delivered by normal postage, regisered postage or personal courier service.


a. Normal Postage
S$1.00 for every first item, S$ 0.50 for every subsequent item. (Maximum: S$ 3.50)
This channel of delivery would not be trackable and we would
not hold any responsibility for any lost mails.

b. Registered Postage
Additional S$ 2.50 on top of normal postage charges.
You would be able to track your packages online via SingPost's website. Postman would be sending the items to your doorstep, requesting for your signature as a proof of receival.

1. Registered articles are all registered with SingPost and each registered article comes with a Registered Article (RA) number which allows you to track the status of merchandise in the event that your expected item has yet to deliver.

2. To allow efficient tracking results, you're required to provide at least 2 working days upon delivery date to track your article's status online. In the event that you are not around, postman would then place a delivery notification card at your door.

3. You could proceed to either collect at the post office or get them to re-deliver at a convenient timing, suitable for your needs.

We make a trip down the the post office every Wednesday and Saturday, therefore items would only be registered and sent out by then.

c. Personal Courier Delivery
They pick the items up from our place and send it to your doorstep at an additional charge.

For courier services, you can opt for your preferred delivery date and timing. All courier charges are to be prepaid. Customers should make payment to us before arranging for the delivery. Tracking numbers would be provided for your tracking convenience. Tracking can be done online and all other required information would be provided upon request.

5. Exchanges & Returns
♥ All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
♥ Exchanges would be granted for defective items, case-by-case basis.
